I live overseas and recently purchased a house in Smiths Falls. In the 11th hour, I decided to make the house an Airbnb rental. I reached out to Tegan and asked “ Do you think we can furnish this house in 24 hours?” And we did! The furniture arrived after my departure and didn’t fit up the stairs so Matt cut the banister and hoisted everything up through the second story balcony. The long list of tweaks ,minor repairs and even decorating, were all taken care of in my absence. Tegan now hosts this property for me and has achieved a 5 star rating from all guests. I simply could not have seized this opportunity to get into the market in Smiths Falls without their support.
